We provide all of the sfaety equipment for your flight including helmets. If you are already skiing and you may wear your own Ski helmet.
To suffer from vertigo you must be in contact with the ground, it is normal to have a healthy fear of heights but in flight you are seated comfortably and feel secure so this anxiety is extremely rare with our passengers.
While paragliding looks extremely smooth from a distance there are constant movements, like being on a boat. If you suffer from motion sickness it is best to fly early in the morning (until 10 O'clock) to have the smoothest conditions, imagine a calm lake. Later in the day thermal currents develop which make for great flying but are less smooth, imagine a rougher sea.
We typically meet at the bottom of the lift serving the take off. In your booking confirmations you will find this detailed in the "Tickets.pdf" attachment with a google maps link.
